Shipping
For continuing subscriptions:
Your personalised HAUL is shipped at the beginning of every month, within the first week.
For new subscriptions:
If payment is made before 20th of the previous month, boxes will be shipped first week of the next month as per usual.
E.g. If the order is placed on or before the 20th of February, then you will receive your HAUL in the first week of March.
For any other scenario, boxes are typically shipped within 7-10 business days from the date the payment is received.
In case you have not received your order within the time frame, please reach out to us on info@haulinoneworld.com. and we will be happy to help you.

Someone has to be present at the address you provide, at the time of delivery. Please be sure to provide us with your correct address and phone number so that our delivery partners may contact you.
In case someone is not present at the time of delivery, the box will have to be re-shipped and an additional delivery charge will apply.
First, please ensure that the address and phone number prpvided to us are correct. Second, kindly check to make sure that your payment has been processed.
In case there has been an error in the address (which is totally cool, it happens!), we can re-ship the box to you. Please write to us at info@haulinoneworld.com to inform us of the change in your address and we’ll do the rest! An additional charge for re-shipping would apply.

No worries! Please write to us at info@haulinoneworld.com, with your new address/ contact information.
For ongoing subscriptions, please ensure that all changes to your address or phone number are made before 25th of the previous month. This allows us to ensure we can deliver your HAUL-istic goodies to you in time in the first week of the following month.
In case the change has happened after the cut-off date, please write to us at info@haulinoneworld.com with your concern and we will do our best to help you
HAUL IN ONE is based only in the UAE for now, but we plan to expand to GCC in the time to come.

Subscription
It’s simple!
It works like this: You choose the duration you wish to subscribe for, (eg. 3 months, 1 month, 6 months etc). you get a box every month for that duration!
Your subscription auto renews so you don’t even have to worry!
Plus! you can cancel any time you like!
We definitely wouldn’t want to see you go! Please do let us know at any time if you have any concerns and we would be happy to address them as best as possible.
However, if you do unfortunately decide to leave the HAUL community, please send us an email on info@haulinoneworld.com with the title “Subscription Cancellation” at least 3 days before the date of your automatic subscription billing.
Please ensure that you include the following in your email body:

Current order number
Transaction ID
Please allow us 1-2 business days to acknowledge the cancellation.
Please note, once the cancellation is processed, the autorenewal is cancelled and no further subscription charges will be applied. The subscription will continue for the period that you have paid for and no prorated refunds will be made.

Payments & Billing
In order to ensure maximum flexibility for our lovely HAUL-ers, we have 4 subscription packages to choose from:
Monthly – AED 299/month
3 monthly – AED 273/month
6 monthly – AED 261/month
Annual – AED 247/month

Please note that except for monthly subscription, all payments are made in lumpsum upfront (that’s why they’re discounted!)
IT’S FREE!!
We absorb the shipping charges and so you don’t have to pay for your scheduled HAUL deliveries!
There are no additional hidden charges on our pricing. We don’t work that way.
The prices we have are your total payable amount, all inclusive 🙂
It is a monthly box that you can subscribe to for set durations which are recurring.
E.g. For 3 month subscription you will get a box every month for 3 months and on the fourth month, the subscription automatically renews and charges your saved card.
Remember, you can cancel anytime!

Why would you! It’s a surprise! We customise the box contents based on the preferences you fill out and so we’re certain you’ll like what you get!
Just in case you aren’t a fan of a few items, we capture this in our monthly feedback we will ensure we further customise it so we learn your likes and dislikes .

Unfortunately, there is no exchange process.
However, if there are any issues with the box/contents please write to us at info@haulinoneworld.com and our team will work with you to serve you as best as possible
Oh no!
We do our best to make sure your HAUL and the contents are lovingly curated and safely packaged so that they reach you safe and sound.
However, mishaps can happen. If it does, no worries! Just write to us at info@haulinoneworld.com with the subject “Damaged Contents” and we will work with you to try to replace the item(s) as best as possible.

There is no such thing!
Boxes are personalised and so usually no two boxes are the same! YOU are the decision maker! YOU choose the categories you want in your HAUL!
You can choose from makeup, skincare, haircare and brushes/tools (minimum 2 categories have to be chosen)
That said, there are typically 5-7 products in the box of mixed sizes, with a guarantee of 2-3 full size and/or luxury products!
